Shipping Policy:


We do our best to promptly process your order. Please keep in mind that some products are not stocked and must be manufactured to fill your order.  You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Domestic shipping rates are calculated at the time of submission of the order. Any shipping rate adjustments after that time are the responsibility of Speed Gems. 

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

our order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Speed Gems is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Domestic: If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@transmissionadapters.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Delivery Confirmation and Responsibility

Once a package is marked as delivered to the address provided in the order, it is considered to be in the customer's possession. We are not responsible for any shipping issues or missing packages once the tracking status shows "delivered."

Signature Requirement for Orders Over $100

To ensure secure delivery, all orders with a total value over $100 will require a signature upon delivery. This measure is to protect both the customer and our business from potential shipping discrepancies or theft.

Porch Piracy and Theft

We are not liable for theft or "porch piracy" incidents that may occur after the package has been delivered. Customers are advised to monitor tracking information and arrange for delivery at a secure location if necessary.

Claims with Shipping Carrier

In the event that a package is marked as delivered but is not received, the customer should initiate a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We are unable to resolve shipping issues or provide refunds for packages confirmed as delivered.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@transmissionadapters.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
