I received my order last week and everything was very well insulated and packaged very well. Parts were wrapped up like newborn babies. Nothing missing. The quality of the transmission adapter appears to be very very nice. The engine is at the machine shop so it will likely be several more months before I am able to install, but initial test fitting looks like everything will line up. Can't wait to have an O/D transmission in my '53 Chrysler!!

Exact replacement of the part I needed.$

I was a bit nervous when I started this project with my 331 with the extended block but there was nothing else out there so....,

Read over the directions numerous times.., got my new $2K - TCI - Torqueflite transmission, drill in hand.., marked out the holes as instructed (after taping everything up) started drilling all around. Upon completion of the drilling process used a shop vac to get all the shavings up. Used a cut off wheel with my angle grinder. Bell-housing off, woo-hoo. pretty simple process. Followed the instructions for the remainder of the installation of the adapter and I must say although it was a bit intimidating drilling into the TCI transmission it all went together easily.

I highly recommend this system if you find yourself in a position where you need a way out.

Excellent product and service. Everything fit great for my GMC 302 to 700r4 setup. The quality is fantastic. The only hiccup was that I purchased through PayPal and my notes didn't transfer to Speed Gems. I contacted them and they promptly sent out the parts even though it wasn't their fault. I used these guys adapter to put a Auto Trans Design racing th400 in our Carrera Pan Amricana 1954 Oldsmobile . Pretty easy. The adapters were perfect but required modifying the crossmember and trans mount. All good and works perfectly
