RETURNS
Restocking Fees: Due to the custom nature of Speed Gems products, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns requested after 120 days from the purchase date will incur a 50% restocking fee.
Return Condition & Completeness: Complete kits must be returned. All components originally included must be returned together. Products must be in unused and unmodified condition.
If any part has been installed, painted, cut, drilled, torched, bent, sandblasted, scratched, or otherwise modified, the kit may still be returned; however, the value of the modified or damaged components will be deducted from the total refund.
Shipping Damage & Packaging: Returned items must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. Damage incurred during return shipping will be treated as product damage and may reduce the refund amount.
Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Where to Initiate Returns: If the product was not purchased directly from Speed Gems, customers must contact the original seller first to initiate the return. The seller will coordinate with Speed Gems for return authorization.
Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers must inspect all orders upon receipt. Any missing or damaged components must be reported within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for replacement.
Return Time Limit: No returns or replacements will be accepted after 1 year from the purchase date.
Delivery Responsibility: Speed Gems is not responsible for packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
Return Authorization & Additional Terms
Return Authorization (RA#): A valid Return Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all returns. The RA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Packages received without an RA# may be refused.
Special Order Items: All special order items are non-returnable.
Labor Charges: Labor costs are not covered or reimbursable under any circumstances.
Shipping & Handling: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Credit Card Processing Fees: Returns for orders originally paid by credit card are subject to a 3.5% processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
EXCHANGES
Incorrect Orders: If a kit is ordered incorrectly for the intended engine or transmission, returns will follow the standard return policy outlined above.
Exchange Process: Speed Gems must receive and inspect the original kit or components before a replacement is shipped.
Price Differences & Shipping: If there is a price difference between the original and replacement kit, a digital invoice will be issued, including any applicable shipping costs.
Payment must be received prior to shipment of the replacement.
Please allow up to 30 days for credit after the product is received.
