Warranty Policy

Product Development & Compatibility: Speed Gems is committed to continuous product improvement. While we strive to maintain backward compatibility, fitment or component changes may occur without notice and are not guaranteed across all product generations.

 

Defect Warranty (Machined Components): Speed Gems provides a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on machined components manufactured by Speed Gems.

 

Customers are expected to inspect all parts upon receipt and report any issues promptly. If a defect is identified during installation and is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, Speed Gems will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective component.

 

Exclusions – Damage & Modifications: This warranty does not cover parts that have been damaged, improperly installed, or modified in any way. Replacement of such components will require a new purchase.

 

Custom & Non-Inventory Parts: Custom or made-to-order components carry a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only and do not guarantee long-term performance in untested or developmental applications.

 

Third-Party Components: Components not manufactured by Speed Gems (including but not limited to starters, flexplates, and flywheels) are covered solely under the original manufacturer’s warranty. Speed Gems will assist, where possible, in facilitating warranty claims with those manufacturers.

 

Scratch & Dent / Discounted Items: No warranty is provided on scratch-and-dent or discounted clearance items.
